February 16, 1969. Operation Toan Thang (Than) terminated (III CTZ/II FFV).

Results: 11,397 enemy killed.
Operation Toan Thang (Than) Phase II
Start: June 1, 1968
End: February 16, 1969.

Significant results of United States and Free World Military Assistance Forces (US/FWMAF) participation in Campaign Toan Thang, Phase II, during November, December and January were: 786 US/FWMAF killed (753 US, 21 Australians, 10 Thais, two New Zealanders), 4,297 wounded (4,141 US, 77 Australians, 71 Thais, and eight New Zealanders), 12 US missing, 6,272 enemy killed, 296 enemy captured. In addition, enemy losses include 2,036 small arms, 437 crew served weapons, 1,296,515 rounds of spall arms ammunition, 18,689 io explosive rounds, 150 122mm rockets, 1,520 mines, and 431.86 tons of rice were captured or destroyed.
